Archangel Xavier

Archangel Xavier is the deuteragonist and the penultimate boss of Aevum II: Anima Parasite and a boss in Aevum: Napora's Fall. As the last of his kin, an angel, he struggles with accepting the dark truth of his Lord. After being defeated by The Wanderer after the fall of Napora, he has sworn revenge against him.

Appearance

In Aevum: Napora's Fall, he wears a white and gold loincloth and has two bright yellow wings. A golden halo floats above his head. Furthermore, he is heavily injured from hunting down humans.

In Aevum 2: Anima Parasite, Xavier returns with an entirely new outfit and hairstyle. His hair is slicked further back, and he wears a dark gray vest, with a gray shirt underneath and a black skin tight sleeveless suit. A hood similar to Lord Aevum's is draped over his left shoulder. Fastened to him with a belt is a short blue cloth, draped over his right thigh, partially covering his brown jeans. His golden halo has turned red and has begun to break, missing a large chunk.

Personality

Xavier is serious and largely dedicated to Lord Aevum. Even a thousand years after his death, he continues to serve him, going so far as to attempting to revive him. Unbeknownst to him, deep down, his faith in the Lord is but a facadé, signified by the broken, red halo above his head. Though Lord Aevum's will was to exterminate humanity, Xavier has avoided taking human lives after the death of the Lord. Xavier hopes for, along with the revival of Lord Aevum, the revival of the extinct angels.

Lord Aevum

Before his second meeting with The Wanderer, Xavier fanatically revered Lord Aevum. After the Lord's death at the hands of The Wanderer, Xavier sought to revive Lord Aevum, but has since abandoned this goal.

The Wanderer

After his defeat by The Wanderer, Xavier grew to resent him. Even a thousand years later, an inextinguishable raging fire burns inside Xavier, yearning to take revenge on The Wanderer.

Abilities

As an archangel, Xavier is gifted with the power of Holy Light Manipulation. Furthermore, As an archangel, he is able to conjure any object out of Angelic Light. Angelic Light is a solid, unbreakable material which dissipates under a lack of concentration.
